Regular Menu


  • Weekly menus are posted every Tuesday. Our menus change each week and represent the freshest ingredients of the season. Be the first to know what’s on this week’s menu by joining our mailing list and liking us on Facebook.
  • Create an account for easy ordering.
  • Orders must be placed by midnight on Friday, for delivery the following Sunday.
  • Sorry, orders are NOT accepted after the deadline!

**Meal Prep deliveries are Mondays. All orders containing ANY meals from Meal Prep programs deliver on Monday.  Order deadline: Saturday midnight.


  • Your order is freshly prepared by our trained culinary chefs, under the direction of our Executive Chef. We use wholesome, natural flavors and do not use butter or cream in any of our dishes!  Every delicious dish is homemade with the freshest ingredients  - from the main dish to the flavorful sauces.
  • Each dish is cooked right before delivery to ensure you receive the freshest meals!


  • Your meals will arrive on your doorstep in a cold, insulated box on Sunday** by 7PM.  No worries if you're not home - it will stay fresh until the following morning.
  • Meal Prep (fitness menu) meals & deliveries are made on Mondays.
