Steak Sliders: Enjoy cold!

Chocolate Pecan Brownie : Enjoy without reheating 

Marinated Chicken Breast: Microwave for 2 min or Roast in 350-degree oven for 10 mins!

1lb. Southern Pasta Salad: Enjoy cold!

Manicotti : Microwave for 2 min OR saute on stovetop.

BBQ Beef Brisket: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Chicken Dijon: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Shrimp & Orzo: Microwave for 2 min OR saute on stovetop.

Miso & Sesame Glazed Salmon: Microwave for 2 mins OR saute on stovetop.

Chipotle Brisket Beef Taquitos:  Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Fitness Shrimp/Salmon/Chicken/Meatball : Remove sauce and pour on top. Microwave for 2 min 

Family Meals: Place in a 400-degree oven for 40 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
