Soups & Smoothies


Tropical Power Smoothie: Shake well. Enjoy in the jar or pour in a cup.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie: Shake well. Enjoy in the jar or pour in a cup.

Lemon Chicken Vegetable Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot.

Appetizers/Salads


Thai Shrimp Cobb Salad: Heat shrimp if desired - microwave shrimp only for 1 min 30 sec OR roast in 350-degree oven for 6 min.  Add back to salad, pour dressing on top, shake and enjoy.  Can also eat shrimp cold.

Greek Orzo Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Warm Edamame Salad: Microwave edamame mix for 2 min OR saute with touch of water until hot, add back in to spinach salad mix, pour dressing on top, cover, shake & enjoy.

Asian Pulled Pork Taco: Microwave pork for 2 min, OR saute pork with touch of water until hot, then build taco and add aioli on top. 

Summer House Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake an enjoy!

Mains


Lemon Shrimp & Leek Carbonara: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute with touch of water or milk until hot.

Chicken Marsala: Microwave for 3 min or saute with touch of water until hot.

Chicken & Shrimp Baked Ziti: Microwave for 3 min OR bake in 350-degree oven for 10 min.  Add dressing to side salad and enjoy.

Moroccan Flank Steak Kabobs: Microwave for 3 min OR bake the kabobs in 350-degree oven for 8 min and saute the couscous with touch of water until hot.  Enjoy sauce cold to dip kabobs or pour over top and enjoy.

Asian Vegetable Stir Fry: Pour sauce over vegetables and microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute vegetables with sauce and touch of water until hot and saute rice in separate pan until hot.  

Sweet Mustard Glazed SalmonMicrowave for 2 min and 30 sec OR roast salmon in 350-degree oven for 8 min and saute rest of dish with touch of water until hot.

Kids' Turkey Tacos: Add cheese and taco sauce to ground turkey and microwave for 1 min 30 sec OR saute ground turkey with touch of water, adding cheese and sauce at end.  Once heated, put in tortilla and enjoy! 

Fitness Chicken/Shrimp/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.
