Vegetarian Wellington:  Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Argentinean-Stuffed Flank Steak:  Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min. 

Fitness Chicken/Salmon/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.

Family Meals: Place in a 400-degree oven for 40 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
