Marinated Chicken Breast: Microwave for 2 min or Roast in 350-degree oven for 10 mins!

Salmon Wellington: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Beef Marasla: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Honey Garlic Chicken: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

 

Cinnamon Roasted Chicken: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Farmer's Veggie Enchiladas:  Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Fitness Shrimp/Salmon/Chicken/Meatball : Remove sauce and pour on top. Microwave for 2 min 

Family Meals: Place in a 400-degree oven for 40 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
