Chicken Tortilla Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot. 

Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot

Blueberry Banana Nut Oats: Just grab a spoon and enjoy!

Frittata Lorraine: Can be eaten cold or hot (microwave for 2 minutes).

Cauliflower Breadsticks: Microwave for 2 min.

Blueberry, Broccoli & Spinach Salad Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Chicken Shawarma Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy! If desired, heat chicken for 1 min.

Kale Detox Salad:  Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Enjoy cold!

Sundried Tomato Pesto Salmon: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water

Fiesta Quinoa Bake: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water

Cranberry Braised Brisket:  Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min.

Chickpea Meatloaf: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min.

Cajun Chicken Meatballs: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min.

Chili Lime Haddock:  Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Pizza Rollups: Microwave for 2 min.  

Fitness Chicken/Salmon/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.

Family Meals: Place in a 350-degree oven for 45 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
