Soups & Smoothies


Red Rum Smoothie: Shake well. Enjoy in the jar or pour in a cup.

Loaded Sweet Potato Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot.  Add dollop of sour cream and chive on top.

Spicy Coconut Soup: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot.

 

Appetizers/Salads


Baja Shrimp Salad: Microwave shrimp for 1 min OR saute until hot if desired (can also enjoy shrimp cold), place back in salad, add dressing, shake and enjoy. 

Pineapple Spinach Salad:  Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Roasted Turkey CobbOpen up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Mini Lamb Gyros: Microwave lamb for 1 min OR saute with touch of water until hot, then assemble gyro in pita. 

Southern Chicken Apple SausageMicrowave for 2 min 30 sec OR roast everything in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Kale Caesar:  Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Fall Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Mains


Chicken & Shrimp Pad Thai:  Pour sauce over top and microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute with touch of water until hot.

Roasted Portugese Chicken: Pour sauce over top and microwave everything except salad for 2 min 30 sec OR saute hash with touch of water until hot and roast chicken in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Beef Bourguignon: Pour sauce over top and microwave for 3 min OR saute roast beef, sauce, carrots and onions with touch of water until hot and saute mash with touch of milk until hot. 

Hawaiian Pork Ribeye: Microwave for 3 min and add chutney on top OR roast pork chop in 350-degree oven for 8-10 min and saute rest of dish with touch of water until hot.

Stuffed Acorn Squash: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min.

Italian Salmon: Pour sauce on top of salmon and microwave everything for 2 min and 30 sec OR roast salmon in 350-degree oven for 8 min and saute risotto with touch of milk until hot.

Kids' Chicken Quesadillas: Microwave for 2 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min.  Enjoy bean salad cold.

Fitness Chicken/Salmon/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.
