Corn & Barley Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot. 

Light Shrimp Gumbo Soup: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot.

Caramel Apple Oats: Just grab a spoon and enjoy!

Southwest Frittata: Can be eaten cold or hot (microwave for 2 minutes).

Shaved Asparagus Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Chicken Soba Noodle Salad:  Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy! If desired heat chicken for 1 min in microwave.

Toasted Sesame Shrimp Salad: Open up the box and enjoy! If desired heat shrimp for 1 min in microwave.

Baja Pulled Pork Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Chicken & Faro Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy! If desired heat chicken for 1 min in microwave.

Mains


Adobo Shrimp Pasta: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Veggie Quinoa Bun Less Burger: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Chicken Cordon Blue: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min..

California Salmon: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min THEN add avocado grapefruit on top.

Greek Braised Thighs: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Keto Beef Stir Fry:  Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Kids' Chicken Dinner: Microwave for 2 min.  

Fitness Chicken/Salmon/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.
