Pumpkin Apple Smoothie: Shake well. Enjoy in the jar or pour in a cup.

Smoked Split Pea Soup:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot. 

White Chili:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot

Pineapple & Coconut Oats: Just grab a spoon and enjoy!

Sausage & Cheese Frittata: Can be eaten cold or hot (microwave for 2 minutes).

 

Appetizers/Salads


Korean Beef Skewers: Microwave for 2 min.

Faro Citrus Salad:  Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Roasted Turkey Cobb Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Wedge Chicken Club Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy! If desired, heat chicken for 1 min.

Stuffed Balsamic Portabella: Microwave for 2 min.

Mains


Chicken Pad Thai: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water

Chimichurri Filet Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Beef Stroganoff: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Wild Blackened Mahi Mahi: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 8 min.

Mexican Tortilla Bake Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min.

Chicken & Shrimp Jambalaya:  Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Bacon Mac N' Cheese Muffins: Microwave for 2 min.  

Fitness Chicken/Salmon/Meatballs: Microwave for 2 min 30 sec.

Turkey & Chorizo Meatloaf Family Meal: Place in a 350-degree oven for 45 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
