Reheating Instructions

Soups/Smoothies/Breakfast 


Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie: Shake well. Enjoy in the jar or pour in a cup.

Fall Parfait: Enjoy chilled in the jar or pour into a bowl and mix.

BG Chili:  Microwave for 2 min 30 sec OR saute until hot. 

Chorizo Potato Frittata: Can be eaten cold or hot (microwave for 2 minutes).

 

Appetizers/Salads


Fully Loaded Wedge Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wrap: Enjoy cold!

Autumn Crunch Quinoa Salad: Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Mains


Shephard's Pie: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Mediterranean Chicken: Microwave for 3 min OR roast in 350-degree oven for 10 min

Southwest Shrimp Fried Rice: Microwave for 3 min OR saute with a touch of water.

Orange Salmon: Microwave for 3 min OR sauté with a touch of water.

Primavera Pasta:  Microwave for 3 min OR  sauté with a touch of water.

Fitness Shrimp/Salmon/Chicken/Meatball : Remove sauce and pour on top. Microwave for 3 min 

Family Meals: Place in a 400-degree oven for 40 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!

 

WHEN MICROWAVING, USE THE HIGH/FULL POWER SETTING AND HEAT UNCOVERED
