Carrot and Ginger Soup (GF) Microwave for 2 min 30 sec or place in a pot on stovetop until warm.

Bacon, Potato and Onion Fritatta (GF): Microwave for 2 min or enjoy cold.

 

 

Appetizers/Salads


Tangerine Salad (GF) Open up the box, pour dressing, cover, give it a good shake and enjoy!

Turkey Pesto Sub: Enjoy Cold!

Carrot Cake Muffins : Enjoy without reheating

Chocolate Blueberry Overnight Oats : Enjoy cold!!!

Wild Berry Smoothie: Enjoy!!!!!

Marinated Chicken Breast: Microwave for 2 min or Roast in 350-degree oven for 10 mins!

Mains


Asian Stir- Fry (GF) (V): Microwave for 2 min

Turkey Dinner  Microwave for 2-3 min. 

Leg of Lamb Dinner: Microwave for 2- 3 min .

Barbecue Chipotle Chicken: Microwave for2-3 mins.

 

Low Carb Meals : Remove sauce and pour on top. Microwave for 2 1/2 min 

Family Meals: Place in a 400-degree oven for 40 min OR portion onto a plate, microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!

 

WHEN MICROWAVING, USE THE HIGH/FULL POWER SETTING AND HEAT UNCOVERED
