Italian:

  •  Caprese Salad, ripe cluster tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, EVOO and balsamic glaze. GF $23
  •  Antipasto Salad/Platter. Assorted meats, cheeses, roasted peppers, olives and marinated vegetables. GF $23
  •  Pasta Salad, assorted vegetables, rotelle pasta, creamy pesto dressing. $22
  •  Grilled Vegetable Platter assorted balsamic marinated and grilled vegetables. GF $36
  •  Eggplant Parmesan. Tender young eggplant breaded with fresh herbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian breadcrumbs. Pan sautéed and topped with fresh pomodoro sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Served over pasta. $35
  •  Chicken Parmesan. Organic chicken breast seasoned and breaded with fresh herbs and breadcrumbs. Pan sautéed and then topped with a fresh pomodoro sauce. Topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Served over pasta.  $40
  •  Chicken/Pork Piccata. Organic chicken breast pan roasted and served with a white wine, garlic, caper and lemon sauce. Served with herbed Israeli couscous and chefs choice seasonal vegetables. $40
  •  Meat/Cheese Lasagna. Fresh pasta sheets layered with Italian bolognese, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with fresh pomodoro.  $40/45
  •  Lemon, Parmesan and Herb Crusted Chicken Thighs. Lemon marinated organic chicken thighs encrusted with fresh herbs, Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese and oven roasted. Served with toasted quinoa pilaf and chefs choice seasonal vegetables.  $40
  •  Shrimp Puttanesca. Tender black tiger shrimp pan sautéed with garlic, chilies, anchovies, capers, lemon and tomatoes served over pasta.  $45

 

Asian:

  • Miso Glazed Salmon. Japanese white miso glazed salmon fillets. Served with furikake and spring onion steamed white rice.  $55
  •  Pad Thai Chicken/Shrimp. Tender organic chicken oven roasted and served on rice noodles cooked with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, tamarind, Napa cabbage, carrots, eggs, peanuts, spring onions and bean sprouts. GF $40/45
  •  Sweet & Sour Chicken/Pork. Tender pieces of chicken/pork pan roasted with peppers, onions and pineapple in a tangy sweet and sour sauce. Served with steamed white rice. $40
  •  Kung Pao Shrimp. Tender black tiger shrimp pan roasted with chilies, onions, peppers and peanuts in a spicy Asian brown sauce. Served over/with white rice. GF $45
  •  Mongolian Beef. Thin slices of beef braised in a brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin, fresh ginger and garlic sauce. Served with steamed broccoli and steamed brown rice. GF $42

 

 Southwest / Mexican:

  •  Braised Beef enchiladas. Seasoned and braised beef, shredded and mixed with onions, chilies, Mexican cheese and rolled in flour (corn) tortillas. Topped with a Chili Colorado sauce. With Verde rice.  $42
  • Braised Chicken enchiladas. Chipotle braised chicken thighs with onions, garlic and spices. Shredded with pepper jack cheese, green onions and roasted green chilies. Rolled in flour (corn) tortillas. Topped with a salsa verde. With Spanish rice.  $40
  •  Cheese and Green chili enchiladas. Pepper jack and shredded cheddar cheeses,  with roasted green chilies and onions. Wrapped in flour tortillas and topped with a charred salsa verde. With Spanish rice. $40
  •  Yucatán Chicken. Achiote marinated chicken thighs. Oven roasted and served with yellow rice with a roasted tomato and chili salsa. $42
  •  Baja Shrimp Tacos. Tender black tiger shrimp poached and mixed with tomatoes, onions, chilies, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and spices. Served with flour tortillas, lime wedges and Baja sauce. With cilantro lime rice.  $45
  •  Green Chili Pork (advanced notice) Slow braised cubed pork butt with roasted green chilies, garlic, onions, tomatillos, cilantro and spices. Served with flour tortillas. $42
  •  Pork Barbacoa. Tacos, burritos or enchiladas. Mexican braised pork shoulder, shredded and served in tacos, burritos or enchiladas.  $42
  •  Carne Asada.  Marinated flank steak with onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili’s and orange juice. Grilled and sliced thin. Served toasted cumin white rice. With tortillas, lime wedges and pico de gallo.  $45

 

 American:

  •  Texas BBQ Beef Brisket. (advanced notice) Dry rubbed brisket with assorted spices braised low and slow for over 12 hours. Sliced thin and served with a natural pan jus barbecue sauce. With classic Mac and cheese and green beans.  $45
  •  Barbecue Ribs. Oven braised smoky baby back ribs. Glazed with a tangy barbecue sauce. Served with marinated grilled vegetables and red dill potato salad. GF $45
  •  BBQ Chicken. Barbecue spiced chicken thighs oven roasted and then glazed with smoky barbecue sauce. GF $42
  •  Oven Fried Chicken. Buttermilk marinated chicken thighs, breaded and oven fried. Served with classic Mac and cheese and creamy coleslaw.  $42
  •  Classic BBQ Meatloaf. Ground chuck with garlic, onions, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices. Oven roasted with a tangy barbecue glaze. With sour cream and onion mashed potatoes and bacon and shallot green beans.  $42
  •  Steak & Potatoes. Rosemary marinated tender petite filet, grilled medium rare. Served with oven roasted fingerling potatoes and chefs choice seasonal vegetables.  $45

  •  Mediterranean chicken and feta mini meatballs. Ground lean chicken breast and thighs, with shallots, garlic, herbs, feta cheese, eggs and bread. Oven roasted in white wine. Served with Dijon mustard and feta sauce. $35

Same-day cancellation will incur a 50% penalty fee. Recommended gratuity is 10% of order total. All of our food is made from scratch and because of that we request at least a 48-hour notice when ordering.
